Christian Counselors of Texas

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor recognized by the state of Texas. I received a Doctor of Philosophy degree in psychology from Walden University, a Master of Arts degree in counseling from Prairie View A&M University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.

I have a passion for walking along side clients in their life's journey as they strive for wholeness, healing, and healthy relationships. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples, and my approach to counseling varies to meet the individual needs of each client. Treatment approaches may include, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and Neurofeedback (NFB)

I have extensive cross-cultural experience which includes 16 years of living and working abroad in Central Asia and Europe. I am married, have two adult children, and two precious grandchildren.
